Thursday March 30 was our last indoor session with the Under 8 squad.

As it was a special occasion we held a round robin competition. Winning team with 7 points from 10 were

Lachie, Ben and Blair, whilst runners up on 6 points were the following two teams – Bradley,Cameron and Reece

together with Matthew D, Michael and guest.

After the football we moved through to the dining room and had a small presentation to the boys for their efforts.

Certificates were handed out to all accompanied by Easter eggs which seemed preferable to the piece of paper!

Unfortunately we had absentees in Connor and young Reece but their certificates will be forwarded.

George and Len thanked the boys for their efforts and explained to the parents the next stage in the boy’s development.

 

A big thank you went to all our helpers – Barclay, Roy, Mark, Mark – who were invaluable assistants throughout the season.
