After last weeks great performance everyone was looking forward to the great passing football we have see from this team – How we were extremely wrong. This was a terrible performance all round. I can’t remember the team putting 3 passes together and I can’t recall the Albion Keeper making a save. For the record Albion took the lead in 20 minutes when a poor decision from the referee gave Albion a free kick, which was played in and met by a fine header by the smallest Albion player. (Where was the marking?)

Half-time 0-1

Not much to add to the second half. Neither team got the ball on the ground to play football. Albion scored their second Goal from a mix up in defence when Stuart and Daniel collided and the ball was played into an empty net – Game over. 

Final Score 0-2 

This was a poor advert for football with neither team playing any football. We must learn that we cannot play 2 weeks of great football, then play like we did today. We must also learn to play our own game, not get anxious, and let the ball do the work. Come on guys lets give a 100% improvement next week.
