Ben Ewen and Craig McLenan are not available today due to holidays and injury respectively.   The boys started very well pinning Cove back into their own half with some great football.   The first goal came after five minutes with a superb strike by Andrew Hampton from the edge of the box.   Some great play down the right between Andrew Hampton and Adam Clark saw Adam get to the by-line and produce a brilliant cross for Philip Watt to finish with ease.   Philip scored his second with a great run and finish and soon afterwards completed his hat-trick with a brilliant finish.

Some good passing throughout the team saw Philip Watt end the move with a cool finish.   Some fantastic play down the left-hand side from Joe Milne saw him cut on to his right foot and score with a powerful shot.   Joe scored his second soon afterwards with an excellent finish.   Conner Thomson scored a well deserved goal with a powerful shot from the edge of the box.

Half time:  8  -  0

Some skillful play from Joe Milne down the left saw him pass the ball to Philip Watt who scored with a fantastic lob over the keeper.   The boys were playing against a Cove team with eight players in the second half which was very testing for defenders Charlie Milne, Andrew Hampton and Craig Simpson but great defending and some terrific saves from Daniel Sutton kept Cove at bay.

Good play down the right from Bruce Patterson saw his cross come shot deceive the keeper and land in the back of the net.   Bruce scored his second and the teams eleventh with a powerful striek from the edge of the box.

Full time:  11  -  0

Another fantastic performance from the boys today
saw them score eleven without reply against a very
strong Cove Boys Club team who played the second half
with an extra player.   Today was our first clean sheet of the season
and credit must go to all the boys for defending as well as attacking.
Daniel had a much busier day today in goals in the second half
with some brilliant saves.   His bonus for a clean sheet was an
all expenses day to the cinema to see Wallace & Gromit.
Well done to all the boys from the coaching staff - keep up the good play.
